DD Free Dish Provide 92 Tv Slot on Insat-4B. 64 TV Slot under MPEG-2 format.Other Format is MPEG-4 and TP 11110-V-30000 is DVB-S2, 8PSK (AAC Audio Codec) Format.
So, Normal receiver can not get the TP (Including Dish TV SD Box)
